1. Venezuela (0,01 USD)

2. Arabia Saudită (0,24 USD)
Mult mai scumpă decât în Venezuela, dar mult mai ieftină decât în restul lumii, benzina costă în Arabia Saudită. Acest lucru nu este surprinzător, deoarece această țară puțin populată este și cel mai mare furnizor de petrol din lume. 70% din bugetul acestei monarhii arabe este umplut cu venituri din vânzările de petrol. Venezuela, practic degeaba
Cea mai ieftină benzină din lume se află în Venezuela din America de Sud. În echivalentul în monedă americană din 2017, prețul său este puțin peste 1 cent. Această ieftinitate se datorează în primul rând politicii din țară. Guvernul și oamenii sunt încrezători că într-un stat în care se produce mult petrol, acesta nu poate costa diferit.
Dar prețul benzinei se menține la acest nivel, în primul rând datorită subvențiilor guvernamentale. În același timp, subvențiile de mai multe milioane de dolari (până la 12,5 miliarde de dolari pe an) pun o povară destul de grea asupra bugetului țării.
Industria petrolieră este naționalizată și este principalul produs de export al republicii (95% din veniturile totale). Aici, fiecare cetățean are o mașină, o folosește în fiecare zi și uneori bacșișul pentru un rezervor plin depășește costul achiziției în sine. O sticlă de apă minerală costă mult mai mult decât un rezervor de gaz.
Când Venezuela era condusă de Hugo Chavez, prețurile la benzină nu au crescut timp de 17 ani. Apoi au crescut de 6 ori (aparent o cifră groaznică) în moneda locală, dar benzina rămâne în continuare cea mai accesibilă din lume. Prețul ieftin al benzinei în Venezuela s-a dezvoltat istoric și o creștere globală va duce inevitabil (și a dus deja) la proteste în țară. Guvernul înțelege acest lucru și continuă să mențină prețurile scăzute, devenind practic ostaticul situației.
Dar, în același timp, situația din țară în 2017 este deplorabilă - inflația, ca și rata criminalității, este în afara graficelor; prețurile de pe piața neagră diferă de prețurile guvernamentale de sute de ori, iar 93% din populație este pur și simplu subnutrită. Scăderea bruscă a prețului petrolului mondial în 2014-2016 și politicile conducerii au condus Venezuela la o criză totală. Deci, în această țară, benzina ieftină nu înseamnă deloc fericire și prosperitate pentru cetățeni.
Arabia Saudită, 24 de cenți
Țara se află pe locul al doilea în lume, cu un preț al benzinei de 24 de cenți americani. Guvernul subvenționează și prețul benzinei, dar își poate permite aici. PIB-ul pe cap de locuitor a crescut de la 12 mii de dolari (la sfârșitul anilor 80) la 52 de mii de dolari în 2014. Oamenii de aici nu sunt obișnuiți să economisească bani, iar locuitorul mediu cheltuiește aproximativ 1,5% din venit pe benzină.
Toată lumea cunoaște puterea șeicilor arabi, sprijiniți, în primul rând, de banii petrolului. Acest stat islamic a ocupat poziții cheie în Peninsula Arabică de câteva decenii.
Aici se produce cea mai mare cantitate de petrol din lume, iar exporturile de petrol sunt:
- 75% din totalul veniturilor;
- 45% din PIB;
- 90% din totalul exporturilor.
Crizele periodice ale petrolului, desigur, afectează țara, iar scăderea prețurilor afectează economia. Dar ei încearcă să lupte cu asta:
- se creează fonduri suverane care sunt independente de monedele americane;
- subvențiile pentru energie și combustibili sunt reduse;
- Are loc o privatizare treptată a bunurilor statului.
Turkmenistan, 29 de cenți
O țară cu un decalaj foarte mic față de Arabia Saudită, unde costul unui litru de benzină este de 29 de cenți americani. Și sub guvernul lui S. Niyazov, prețul a fost chiar de 8 ori mai mic. Turkmenistanul are unul dintre cele mai mari zăcăminte de gaze din lume, care împreună cu exporturile de petrol reprezintă aproximativ 70% din produsul național brut.
Locuitorii țării pot primi gratuit până la 120 de litri de benzină sau motorină pe lună pentru autoturismul lor, iar dacă aveți un camion sau autobuz, atunci 200 de litri.
Din 1993, țara a introdus gratuit apă, electricitate și gaz pentru cei 5,5 milioane de locuitori. Chiar și sarea de masă este gratuită. Nicăieri în lume nu există așa ceva. O anecdotă este adevărată din realitatea turkmenă - gospodinele economisesc chibrituri și lasă arzătoarele pe gaz toată ziua.
Dar toate aceste beneficii sunt însoțite de absența internetului (blocarea completă a anonimatoarelor pentru accesul pe YouTube, Facebook, Twitter), cenzură la radio și televiziune (fără transmisie în direct), abonament forțat la ziare și reviste guvernamentale.
Algeria, 32 de cenți
Cel mai mare stat de pe continentul african, în care abia în 2011 legea marțială, care era în vigoare de 19 ani, a fost ridicată. Economia Algeriei se bazează, de asemenea, pe petrol și gaze (95% din toate exporturile). De-a lungul domniei președintelui Abdelaziz Bouteflika, prețul benzinei a scăzut constant.
Cu un salariu mediu de puțin peste 300 de dolari pe lună, orice familie algeriană (chiar și cea mai săracă) are o mașină italiană sau franceză. Toate benzinăriile din țară sunt deținute de stat, iar prețul benzinei este controlat de guvern, precum și prețul produselor alimentare de bază.
Iran, 35 de cenți
O țară cu o economie dezvoltată (al patrulea PIB ca mărime din lumea islamică). Cu cele mai mari zăcăminte de petrol și gaze (16% din toate rezervele mondiale de gaze), Iranul este cel mai mare furnizor pentru China. Iar odată cu construcția de noi gazoducte și reactivarea celor vechi, producția de produse petroliere nu va face decât să crească.
Subvențiile de stat pentru benzină au fost anulate în 2014, iar costul benzinei aproape s-a dublat apoi, de la 16 cenți americani la 28. Dar acest lucru nu a provocat prea multe tulburări în rândul populației, iar benzina iraniană continuă să fie una dintre cele mai ieftine din lume.
Interesant, deși deține rezerve uriașe de hidrocarburi, Iranul se confruntă cu o lipsă de energie electrică. Dar guvernul plănuiește să dezvolte hidroenergie și să construiască centrale nucleare.
Kuweit, 35 de cenți
O altă țară cu acces la apele Golfului Persic și rezerve inepuizabile de petrol. Prin urmare, Kuweit a fost întotdeauna o bucată gustoasă și a trebuit să-și apere independența de multe ori. Abia în secolul al XX-lea, Irakul și Arabia Saudită au revendicat acest pământ fertil.

Egipt, 37 de cenți
Țara celor două continente a avut noroc din punct de vedere geografic de mai multe ori. Siturile istorice, apele incredibile ale Mării Roșii și producția de petrol și gaze reprezintă partea leului din veniturile statului. Plus adauga aici taxa pentru circulatia navelor prin Canalul Suez (care ramane principalul profit in Egipt) si vei intelege mentalitatea egipteana, precum si de ce majoritatea cetatenilor nu fac nicio miscare in ceea ce priveste dezvoltarea lor.
În această țară săracă, costul benzinei depinde de subvenții (care se ridică la o zecime din PIB). Dar aceasta este singura modalitate de sprijin de stat, datorată, în primul rând, fricii de recenta revoluție din 2011 și repetarea acesteia. În 2016, lira egipteană a scăzut la jumătate, iar acum țara poate fi numită una dintre cele mai ieftine din lume. Acest lucru este foarte bun pentru turiști.
Oman, 38 de cenți
Întreaga economie a Omanului se bazează pe exporturile de petrol, iar țara ocupă locul 23 în lume în ceea ce privește PIB-ul pe cap de locuitor. Sultanul Qaboos bin Said a condus țara de mai bine de 45 de ani și în acest timp Oman s-a transformat dintr-o țară săracă într-un stat dezvoltat.
Benzina A-95 costă mai puțin decât o sticlă mică de apă, dar calitatea ei lasă de dorit datorită conținutului ridicat de sulf. Mașinile sunt, de asemenea, destul de ieftine (de 3-4 ori față de Rusia), dar blocajele nu pot fi găsite nici în capitala Muscat, cu o populație de aproape 800 de mii de oameni.
Nigeria, 41 de cenți

Bahrain, 42 de cenți
Un regat insular din Golful Persic cu o populație de 1,5 milioane de oameni (aceasta este cea mai mică țară din TOP-ul nostru). Câmpurile de petrol au fost descoperite cu doar 80 de ani în urmă și astăzi (împreună cu pescuitul perlelor și în larg) rămân principala sursă de venit.
Dar rezervele de petrol se epuizează treptat, deși astăzi benzina costă la fel ca apa potabilă. Prin urmare, autoritățile au construit o rafinărie de petrol, care primește materii prime din Arabia Saudită vecină și câștigă bani din aceasta. Bahrain este cea mai săracă țară producătoare de petrol din Golful Persic, dar salariul mediu este de 3.500 de dolari.

Este trist, dar adevărat: indiferent dacă aurul negru devine mai ieftin sau crește prețul, benzina în Rusia devine din ce în ce mai scumpă. Care este situația cu disponibilitatea benzinei pentru populație? Situația din Rusia este și mai tristă. Se află pe locul 33, în fața unor țări precum Irlanda (locul 10), Luxemburg (locul 3), SUA (locul 2) și Venezuela (locul 1). Motivele diferențelor
Experții numesc motivele pentru astfel de prețuri în diferite regiuni. Tarifele sunt influențate de următorii factori:
- Zacaminte minerale proprii. Dacă o țară este capabilă să exporte petrol, costul produselor sale este semnificativ mai mic. Aceasta explică diferența dintre tarifele de pe piețele japoneză și din Venezuela, dar ridică întrebări cu privire la tarifele rusești.
- Fabrici proprii care procesează petrol(Venezuela, Iran, Turkmenistan, Kazahstan au - costul benzinei acolo este de 0,016–0,6 USD). Rusia are, de asemenea, propriile întreprinderi care produc produse petroliere, dar costă 0,97 USD.
- Concurența între companiile producătoare. Cu cât sunt mai multe întreprinderi care se ocupă de petrol, cu atât costul combustibilului este mai mic, deoarece concurează între ele pe piață. Cu toate acestea, există excepții - de exemplu, în Federația Rusă și Canada prețul este foarte mare, deși există o concurență acerbă între producătorii de produse petroliere. Din aceasta putem concluziona că tarifele la combustibil sunt umflate artificial.
- Politica internă a statului. Potrivit unor experți, o taxă ridicată pe combustibil este cheia unui nivel de trai ridicat pentru populație. Ca exemplu, putem cita Norvegia - există combustibil scump, dar un nivel de trai ridicat. Dar această presupunere nu este în întregime corectă, deoarece în SUA, Federația Rusă și Uzbekistan, costul produselor petroliere este aproape același, dar nivelul de trai este complet diferit.
- Regimul politic. Mulți experți fac o paralelă între combustibil și guvern. De exemplu, cel mai mic cost al combustibilului se observă în țările autoritare cu regimuri dictatoriale – Venezuela, Iran, Libia, Turkmenistan etc. Aceste state sunt mari importatori de petrol, iar economiile lor sunt sub controlul autorităților. Un astfel de regim implică întotdeauna o încălcare a drepturilor omului, prin urmare, pentru a evita nemulțumirile în rândul cetățenilor, produsul petrolier este ieftinit artificial.

Prin urmare, în spațiul post-sovietic, tot mai mulți șoferi trec la utilizarea gazului împreună cu benzina. Este posibil ca în curând mașinile care alimentează doar A-95 pur și simplu să dispară de pe drumurile noastre, pentru că nu toată lumea își poate permite.

Acum știi care este costul benzinei în țări din întreaga lume și poți să o faci. Pentru a fi corect, trebuie menționat că în Rusia, deși tarifele sunt mari, acestea nu sunt la fel de exorbitante ca, de exemplu, în Marea Britanie, Norvegia, Japonia sau Ucraina. Deși experții prevăd o creștere suplimentară a prețurilor la carburanți în țările CSI.
Analiștii Bloomberg au efectuat un studiu în care au încercat să afle care țară vinde cel mai ieftin combustibil pentru mașini.
S-a dovedit că cel mai mic preț pentru benzină este în Venezuela, unde un galon (aproximativ 3,8 litri) costă mai puțin de 0,01 dolari. Iranul este pe locul doi, cu un preț de 1,07 USD per galon, iar Kuweit este pe locul trei, cu un preț de 1,31 USD per galon. În plus, primele zece țări cu cel mai ieftin combustibil auto au inclus Nigeria (1,57 USD per galon), Egipt (1,64 USD), Arabia Saudită (2,06 USD), Malaezia (2,07 USD), Indonezia (2,07 USD), 0,56 USD), Emiratele Arabe Unite (2,59 USD) și Rusia (2,73 USD).
Majoritatea statelor în care benzina este mai ieftină decât în Rusia sunt țări producătoare de petrol și sunt membre ale cartelului OPEC (Organizația Țărilor Exportatoare de Petrol). Economia producției de combustibil în acest caz explică de ce benzina este ieftină aici.
Majoritatea țărilor în care benzina este ieftină produc ele însele petrol, iar unde benzina este scumpă, petrolul este fie importat, fie abandonat.
Dimpotrivă, cea mai scumpă benzină este, de regulă, în țările dezvoltate, care fie importă combustibil, fie, din cauza problemelor stringente de îmbunătățire a mediului și de reducere a emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră, reduc volumul consumului acestuia. Principala diferență dintre primele 10 țări cu cea mai ieftină și mai scumpă benzină este că venitul mediu al oamenilor este mai mare în țările în care combustibilul este mai scump.
„În ceea ce privește valoarea absolută a prețului, Rusia poate fi clasificată drept una dintre țările cu cea mai ieftină benzină, iar din punct de vedere al disponibilității (în raport cu veniturile populației), țara noastră ocupă o poziție undeva la mijlocul listei. RIA Cercetările privind evaluarea prețurilor la benzină în Europa indică faptul că „că Rusia se află pe locul 16 dintre cele 33 de țări europene analizate în ceea ce privește disponibilitatea benzinei cu un rating octan de 95”, au comentat experții RIA Rating pe marginea studiului Bloomberg.
Cea mai mare benzină AI-95 pentru un salariu mediu lunar poate fi cumpărată în Luxemburg, Norvegia și Austria (mai mult de două mii de litri), cea mai puțină din România, Bulgaria și Ucraina (mai puțin de 500 de litri). Rusia se află chiar la mijlocul acestui clasament - cu un indicator de 853,3 litri. În plus, dacă luăm costul unui litru de AI-95, indiferent de salarii, atunci cel mai ieftin combustibil poate fi achiziționat în Kazahstan, Belarus, Rusia și Ucraina (de la 32 la 44,7 ruble), iar cel mai scump - în Norvegia, Țările de Jos și Danemarca (mai mult de 120 de ruble), rezultă din datele RIA Rating bazate pe rezultatele primei jumătate a acestui an.
Aproape toate țările din clasament au înregistrat o creștere a prețurilor la carburanți în prima jumătate a anului - atât la benzină, cât și la motorină. Doar Kazahstanul a înregistrat o scădere, în timp ce prețurile în Malta nu s-au schimbat. Liderii de creștere sunt Norvegia, Belgia și Rusia (de la 8,8 la 12,1 la sută).

Având în vedere dinamica dinamică a prețurilor din prima jumătate a anului, experții RIA Rating consideră că prețul unui litru de benzină în Rusia la sfârșitul acestui an va crește mai mult decât inflația: creșterea ar putea fi de aproximativ 8-10 la sută.
